At Stages Learning Materials we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our customer service department so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Returns

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do we will provide an exchange or a full refund at no cost to you.

Damaged Items:

When your order arrives, check all packages for damage. If there is anything damaged make a note of the damage and take a picture if possible. Contact our Customer Service Center within 15 days of receipt of your products:

We will issue a call tag for FREE return of the damaged product and we will immediately ship you a replacement, or if you wish, provide a refund.

Other Returns:

Stages Learning Materials guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange for the return of any unused product, and we will gladly provide you with a full refund, credit or exchange. Contact our Customer Service Center within 30 days of receipt of your products:

Refunds

Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed.
