Next-Stage Growth, Compensation and Bonus Plan
The Basics
Open Stage
When you apply and are granted the right to become a Stages Learning Consultant (SLC), you are an Open Stage SLC. An Open Stage SLC is authorized to sell Stages Learning Products, place orders of any size, and to receive Internal Company Information and Promotional Materials. A Consultant is considered Open by submitting $500 or more in sales within a 12-month rolling period. If sales fall below $500 within a 12-month rolling period, open status is canceled, and the Consultant Agreement will be dissolved. A person may re-apply to become a Stages Learning Consultant again.
As an Open Stage SLC, you will receive compensation of 20% commission on all of your Stages Learning Sales.
Active Stage
When a Stages Learning Consultant sells more than $300 in a month, the SLC becomes Active and can now participate in the Bonus structure and Next-Stage Growth Program. The Sales for an Active SLC also count toward their Team Goals and Bonuses and their Coach or Leader’s qualifications, commissions and bonuses. As an Active Stage SLC, you will receive your base compensation of 20% commission on all sales, plus you will receive bonuses of up to 7% for reaching established sales goals.

Recruit New Consultants to Earn More
Stages Learning Consultants build their own business and contribute to the company’s overall growth by sharing their enthusiasm for Stages’ products, and the career opportunities that Stages provides, with their professional colleagues and friends. As you recruit new SLC’s and help them grow their businesses, you will receive additional commissions based on their sales. The more people you recruit, the more you can earn!
A Career Opportunity
When you have recruited 4 new SLC's who achieve Active Status, and you maintain your personal sales goals, you will receive a promotion to Team Coach, and a $500 bonus!
As you grow your team, you grow your sales, your commissions and your bonuses. As your recruits bring in new team members, you also earn based on their performance. You will even earn bonuses when your team members are promoted to new levels.
