How Does the Stages Learning Consultant Sales Program Work?

The Basic Plan
When you apply and are granted the right to become a Stages Learning Consultant (SLC), you are authorized to sell Stages Learning Products. We will give you the support, marketing materials and company information you need, and you will receive compensation of 20% commission on all of your Stages Learning Sales. As long as you submit $500 or more in sales within a 12-month rolling period you will be able to continue selling Stages products and receiving your commission.
 
How Much Can I Make?
Here’s the fun part: the sky’s the limit! You decide how much you make, by how much time and effort you dedicate to your SLC Business!
 

Here’s an example:

Host 1 Party a Month that sells $600

Your base commission 20%                                       $120

Your personal sales bonus 5%                                     $30

Total monthly profit                                                       $150


 

Example 2:

Host 3 parties a month selling $600 each                 

Your base commission 20%                                       $360

Your personal sales bonus 5%                                     $90

Your reach bonus 2%                                                        $36

Total monthly profit                                                       $486


 

Example 3:

Recruit 4 friends to become SLC’s

Promote to Team Coach – bonus                          $500

Each new SLC holds one $600 party

You Host 3 parties selling $600 each                            

Your base commission 20%                                       $360

Your personal sales bonus 9%                                  $162

Your reach bonus 2%                                                        $36

Your bonus on your team’s sales 6%                   $144

Total monthly profit                                                    $1202


 

Example 4:

Promote to Area Leader

4 teams report to you – bonus                          $1,000

Each team earns $2400

You Host 3 parties selling $600 each                            

Your base commission 20%                                       $360

Your personal sales bonus 9%                                  $162

Your reach bonus 2%                                                        $36

Your bonus on your team’s sales 6%                   $144

Bonus on your 1st generation teams 6.5%*   $624

Total monthly profit**                                              $2164


 

* Additional commissions for 2nd and 3rd generation teams plus bonuses for promoting team coaches under you could total an additional $5000

** There are 2 more promotion levels above Area Leader, so your commissions and bonuses could add up even faster!

 
 
How Do I Go About Selling Products?
 
The 3 most successful ways for an SLC to sell Stages Products have proven to be:

1) Through the families with whom you already have personal and professional connections.

2) Through informal gatherings of families and professionals where the party host can earn free product based on sales generated.

3) Through attendance at support group meetings or teacher in-services where the hosting organization can earn free product for their lending library or classrooms.
 
Help Families and Schools in Need
 
When you choose to sell Stages Learning Materials products through small group gatherings, the person or group who hosts the event will earn free product based on the sales at the event.

When your sales at a gathering total $200 the hosting person or group gets $30 of free product. As the sales grow, so do the free products. For sales of $1000, your host will earn $180 worth of free products! And, when new SLC's sign up at the gathering, your host earns the opportunity to buy additional half price products!

Stages Learning Group Gatherings are a win-win for everyone. Getting together with friends, learning more about how to teach your students, a chance for people to buy the products they need for their home or office educational programs, and free products for the host!
 
How Do I Get Started?
 
When you join the company, you pay $150 plus shipping and tax. You will receive a sample product kit, catalogs, order forms and other promotional and training materials worth over $320. You will use these samples and support materials to gather orders.
The best way to launch your new business is to host a Grand Opening Party. You have the choice of hosting the party by yourself, or having a friend host the party. Fill out an application today to start earning!
